Commission Queue
I usually work on a first come, first serve basis.
I tend to work from the top of the queue downwards.
Current pieces in the queue can be seen on my website, or you can request it from me.
Changes to the order finished in could occur depending on any parties set of circumstances.
If I have a large commissioned piece at the top of the queue, I may decide to finish any smaller ones to avoid a queue buildup.
Each commission in the queue may take a while to get to depending on it's position.
My turnaround time can be from a few days to many months, please be aware I am a person and have other responsibilities.
Payment
Payment is currently only accepted via Paypal and on occasion direct bank transfer, but this can be discussed.
Payment is required between the time of conception to as soon as there is a base sketch that both parties agree on.
Before any payment I will not continue further than a base sketch.
Work Process
I work on selections of one to three commissions at a time.
After the base sketch is approved, large changes to posing and proportions of the characters requested by the commissioner will cost a fee.
Changes to the current stage of work can be requested for free, within Reason. I will Update the commissioner occasionally when developments are made.
If I forget to include elements of the drawing provided in the reference material, these will be fixed free of charge.
If the Commissioner requests large changes not included in the beginning reference material, these can be negotiated at a cost.
I will sometimes draw extra as a thank you, whether it is a background or extra parts on a ref. I do not expect extra pay unless you asked for them.
Content Policy
NSFW Content is only available for commission by parties of 18 years or older.
You will need to prove your age with a valid ID containing a DoB (Date of Birth) and general proof it is your ID.
I will also accept a statement in writing stating you are older than 18, this will be kept for my security.
I will not accept an NSFW commission from anyone who does not show ID proof or tell me their age. I take most forms of ID.
You may not remove my watermark. If you would like it moved i can do so for free.
Fetish content will be accepted or denied at my discretion.
Hateful pieces to any group or individual will be denied every time.
Refunds
Refunds can be Requested at any stage pre completion after payment, with negotiated refund amounts based on how much of the art was left to finish.
Using this system in a way that seems disingenuous will still see you paid out according to my ToS, however I may choose to block and report you to other artists.
Disclaimers and Usage Rights
I reserve the right to publish or use any commissioned artwork freely, unless an agreement stating otherwise is reached.
I reserve the right to refuse service before payment for any reason.
I reserve the right to retain unused commission assets such as base sketches for future, commercial use.
Commissioned artwork is not to be used for commercial purposes unless a contract agreeing to such is signed.
The commissioner may edit and freely publish commissioned artwork so long as proper credit is attributed, and changes are clarified by the commissioner.
Prices are revised on a monthly basis, they may increase or decrease depending on how I value my art at the time.
Art must contain my watermarks in order to post freely online. Credit usually given in a description.
Do not feed my art into AI, use it for training AI, or use it any way involving AI.

Payment

I do not require credit, although you cannot claim to have designed it if asked.
Do not feed my art or characters into AI, use it for training AI, or use it any way involving AI.

Prices vary per currency.
I am able to take most currencies, most notably:

Icon Commission
Icon comms are simple unshaded headshots which emphasise the head area of a character and are drawn in a simple shape of choice.
They usually come in a pixel size of 500px x 500px but you can request a larger image.
Stylised: $20
Reference Sheet Commission
Ref sheets are unshaded.
They contain a front and back view of the character and 3-5 smaller added extra details.
Notes describing key features, three adjectives, species and name.
Colour pallet will be provided.
Gender/Pronouns/Flags can be requested and added for free!
Small changes to designs can be made for free as long as they are stated before the sketch.
Any changes you want made after completion are usually free! (word changes etc) But i may ask a price to modify clothing or if it is a recolouring it may be the price of a (re)design comm.
SFW:
$120 - $150 Depending on complexity
NSFW:
$135 - $175 Depending on complexity
NSFW options come with an SFW alt by default.
Up to 3 closeups of desired NSFW details included.
Extras:
Usually, I am pretty lenient with adding extra, but in the event that you want more...
additional $15 per detail:
(maw, tongue, outfit design (each), wings etc)
additional $30 per detail:
(feral, extra character view)
If the character ref you want has no previous ref or needs major redesign, see (re)design commissions.
But here is the basic idea of pricing:
Redesigns are an additional $20 to the custom ref price
Custom designs are an additional $50 to the custom ref price
Sticker Commissions
Not actual Stickers! These are purely Digital.
These are a new commission type and so for now have a low price.
Stickers can be custom or can be done from a base, my won bases or meme bases work.
If you plan on turning any stickers into emojis for a discord server etc let me know the size limits so I can adjust.
Additionally, if you decide you want to turn these into actual stickers go ahead as long as they are for personal use.

Pin Commissions
Not actual enamel pins! These are only art pieces designed to look like pins.
These are also a new commission type and so for now are unavailable.
I cannot personally turn them into pins but if you want/able to for personal use go ahead!

General Commissions
A general art commission is the most basic type of commission. This is the basis for most other comms too.
Give me an idea you have, or I can come up with something inspired.
Sketches are just lineart filled with white (or a selected colour) on a transparent background.

NSFW general comms will not contain any sexual activities. Nude characters at most. I tend to not offer NSFW comms, but feel free to ask. This goes for all other comm types.
Background prices depend on complexity:
Simple gradient/ Patterns: free
Simple scene: additional $30
The background prices go for other relevant comms aswell.
I do not do realism as i do not believe I am confident enough to guarantee a good outcome, although i am more than happy to experiment if asked.
ModIcon Commission
This is a new Icon Commission tailored (but not limited) to those making mods in Vintage Story! Can be simple or complex, please refer to below.
They usually come in a pixel size of 500px x 500px but you can request larger image.
I am also capable of making .svg's for ingame modding etc

(Re)Design Commission
Redesigns are for a character who needs updating majorly.
Designs are for characters who have not yet been designed.
The (re)design commissions come on a ref sheet base which makes the process a lot easier and faster, although other options are available if you want a custom ref sheet.
Redesign:
Base A: $60
Base B: $75
Custom ref: additional $20 to custom price (see ref sheet comms)
Design:
Base A: $90
Base B: $100
Custom ref: additional $50 to custom price (see ref sheet comms)
NSFW:
additional $30 to whichever Base you pick including custom.
